Potsdamer Inn - Berlin

The location of Potsdamer Inn is fantastic, just a few steps from metro lines. I found the room comfortably heated during my December stay, and there was a nice touch with slippers and complimentary toiletries.

The bathroom was cramped and could use more space.

The bed was comfy, but I found hairs on the covers and dirty socks in the wardrobe.

Convenient hotel location, elevator, good breakfast, good staff(speaking in Russian,in German, in English), hotel car parking.

Really noisy street all day and ,night, very small pillow. There was not a hair dryer, any table, only one chair for three person, very small bathroom. There was not clean on the floor, in the wardrobe, dirty windows.

I enjoyed my stay here. the breakfast was excellent—abundant and tasty—but the room was cramped, lacking modern touches. I'd choose this place again despite some quirks.

Original venue, cheap food, amazing location close to trains. Amazingly comfortable room plus exactly as on the pictures. Really good facilities. Location just next door to busstation as well as public transport and lots of restaurants. Again, not far from Urban Nation Museum.

Needed Internet connection this trip and had no problems with the hotels wi-fi. Seems to be one access point on every floor and I got good reception on my floor and from the floor below. The hotel is situated fairly close to subway stations Kleistpark, Buelowstrasse and Kurfuerstenstrasse. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The toilet was clean.

Smelled of piss next to the bed. Had another bed in my room so I just avoided that corner of the room...

The staff were warm and caring, helping create a friendly atmosphere. One highlight was finding a cozy cafe nearby recommended by the reception. I faced issues with cleanliness. I found hairs on the bed and an unclean wardrobe with a pair of dirty socks left behind. The maintenance could use improvement too, as the lock on my door was problematic, requiring a good shove to open. The bathroom was cramped. While I appreciated the affordable rates, these cleanliness and maintenance concerns need addressing to enhance the comfort of future guests.

Strange smell in the room (sour?), wifi not working on 2nd floor

The big, clean room was perfect for our family with two small kids. Being close to the metro made it easy to explore the city, and we could quickly reach sights like the Brandenburger Tor. A handy nearby coffee spot was a bonus!

My wife says that the bathroom could use more attention. It was cramped and did not have enough space for our family's needs.
